Preparing…. your home for sale is paramount. We can only count on one chance to impress potential buyers. I specialize in making your home the most appealing to the largest number of buyers, including staging and re-design if needed. Complete with professional photos designed to capture the buyer’s attention. The mistake I see most often, a seller who spends all of their time and funds making the wrong updates/changes to the home. I will help you avoid costly mistakes. My motto here is “More Splash than Cash”. This can be most beneficial when started even months before you intend to actually list your home.
Communication…..I will not just “put a sign in the yard” and wait for an offer, I will report activity to you on a regular basis. Communication with the seller is key.
Commission…..I offer the most competitive rates in the market place. Again, my service includes staging and photographs, at no extra charge to the seller.
BUYING a home………
When working with a buyer, it is most important to have a full and complete understanding of exactly what each client is looking for. Finding the right property is only part of the process. Buyers also need guidance/assistance in preparing for that purchase. Everything from finding a lender, there are numerous financing programs available in today’s market “one size does not fit all”. As well as, negotiating purchase terms, including price, closing date, contingencies, inspections, repair requests, appraisal, closing costs and trouble shooting as the transaction progresses to closing. I am a full time realtor, making me available to my buyer’s on a very flexible schedule, designed for their convenience.
