Sandy Grassmuck has been in the real estate industry for over 13 years. Her experience includes Commercial Property management, residential property management, home owner association management, real estate accounting, sales, extensive experience with real estate investment property and investors.   Formerly, Sandy was with Keller Williams Realty, Prudential Patterson Realtors, and a few Real Estate Investment Companies. She is the founder, facilitator and host of the only Real Estate Investment Convention in the St. Louis Area, The Real Estate Extravaganza. In 2007 and 2008 she hosted 5 of these conventions in the St. Louis and Metro East Areas. Prior to her career in Real Estate, her experience was in office management and full charge accounting. 

Sandy completed her broker's license in December 2008, GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute and ePRO certificate in August 2009, SFR, Short Sales Foreclosure Resource Certificate in February 2010 and BPOR, Broker Price Opinion Resource Certification on December 1, 2011.  She was honored with the Five Star Agent Award from St. Louis Magazine in 2011 and Beyond the Best 2011, top 50 businesses in St. Charles County by Streetscape Magazine.
